Where we ship
We ship worldwide, with free tracked shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Germany, and many more countries — no minimum order required.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.
Delivery estimates
- United States: 4-10 business days
- United Kingdom: 4-10 business days
- Canada: 4-10 business days
- Australia: 4-10 business days
- Europe: 4-10 business days
- Rest of world: 5-15 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier delays, and peak seasons (November-December especially) can add time.
Tracking
Tracking updates can take 3-5 days to appear after dispatch. If your tracking hasn't moved after 7 days, email us and we'll chase it.
Split shipments
Order more than one item and they may arrive separately, at no extra cost to you. It's not a mistake — it just means one item was ready to ship sooner.
Customs and duties
Import duties and taxes are not included in the price. Any charges are set by your local customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility.
Wrong address
We can't reroute a parcel once it's dispatched. Please double-check your address at checkout — if it's wrong and the parcel is returned to sender, we'll refund the item cost minus shipping.
